On route to Galaxhi

Position 38:12.85N 22:57.66E

The small quiet bay where we anchored last night.

On route to Galaxhi

A busy morning with Mark testing the windless switch and cables and not detecting the fault, so more investigation needed.

I guess no job is worth doing unless it involves dismantling the boat to get access to the problem – but that will have to wait for another day.

We are now on route to Galaxi on the North side of the Gulf of Corinth and close to the ancient site of Delphi which we hope to visit tomorrow.

The sea is short, choppy and uncomfortable and the wind is still on the nose plus it feels cooler this side of the canal …so far I am not impressed !

In Greek Waters - Tips

When entering Greek waters all EU boats over 10 metres in length must have a traffic carnet (known as DEKPA) that is good for 60 entry and exits to Greek ports of call. If you are holed up in a port, the DEKPA has to be stamped once every 30 days, anyway.
